I'm Sherif A. Magd. I didn't read about this industry in a textbook and call myself a consultant. I built the brands, ran the lines, fixed the margins, and grew the audiences.

I hold a Bachelor's in Restaurant & Hotel Administration from Missouri State University, and I've built and operated multiple food & beverage concepts, including Dirty Potato, MacCheesy's, and The Kebab Shack. I know what it feels like to watch revenue leak, to fight for every margin point, and to make a concept actually work.
